With a Live line, you answer your own phone and speak to the caller live. With a recorded line, you record and customize the content of the line to fit your needs. We have been creating successful 900 content for over 10 years. You'll find that we have the best quality lines in the Industry.

2. When I order the 900 Number Business Package, how long do the lines belong to me, and are there any additional monthly or hidden fees?

Answer: The lines will belong to you for as long as you use our service. Their is a one-time cost, and $50 maintenance fee per month. There are no other HIDDEN COSTS like other 900 number services - guaranteed! We will send you a 900 Business Package with complete details, once we receive your order.

3. What is the cost per call, and how much will I earn per minute on every call? Do you have minimum payouts?

Answer: Each of our programs cost callers between $1.99 and $3.99 per minute which is billed directly to their phone bill. You will earn $1.00 - $2.55 per minute on every call to your lines depending on the billing option your choose when you purchase your 900 line from us. You will always get paid these rates regardless of the number of minutes your lines generates unlike similar services which have breakpoint minimums!

4. Do I need expensive equipment to update and maintain?

Answer: No, with Custom900.com you'll never need equipment to operate your 900 line. For our Live 900 line, we forward all calls to the phone number of choice. For our Recorded 900 line, you recorded your message. You can change you message at anytime.

5. I am interested in setting up a 900 line with my own ideas and content, will you be able to handle that?

Answer: Yes, that's exactly what we do at Custom900.com We've setup thousands of custom lines for our clients based on their ideas and/or content. We can have your line/s setup in less than 14 days from when we receive your order.

6. How do people find out about my 900 line?

Answer: As a 900 Number Business owner you have complete control over the success and profitability of your 900 line. By promoting your 900 line effectively, and using different methods you will be able to attract people to call you line/s. See our 900 Number promotional page.

7. What is the average length of a call?

Answer: A typical call lasts for approximately 10-12 minutes. Our 900 lines are very effective at getting callers to stay on the line as long as possible.The longer your callers stay on the phone, the more you will earn per day.

8. What exactly is a chargeback and am I at risk of getting them?

Answer: A chargeback occurs when a caller refuses to pay. With Custom900.com we reserve 20% of each month's commission for 180 days for each month. After 180 days, we pay your portion of this commission after we determine the chargeback rate. We have factored the cost of chargebacks into the 20% reserve, so you'll have total peace of mind knowing that we have a handle on chargebacks.

9. When and How do I get paid? What kind of reporting do you offer, and How do I keep track of all my calls?

Answer: Payment is made on a 30 day pay cycle by check, on the 25th of the month. As a 900 Business owner we provide you with call count reports so you know exactly how many calls you've received to your line.

A monthly statement will be included with each check which gives you a complete breakdown of your lines activity.

10. Do these 900/800 lines work in Canada?

Answer: NO, our programs are made to work in the US only. However, we have many clients that live in Canada and promote their lines in the US successfully. We will help you advertise nationwide.

11. How do I get started today?

Answer: For fastest turnaround just go to our order form, and either order securely online or print the order form and mail it in. We accept credit cards, money orders, and personal checks. Your 900 Business Package order will be processed immediately so you can begin right away.
